The first part of that answer made it into a clip promoting the interview and showed up on Face the Nation. The final edited version did not include that part of her answer, but was shortened to make the interview fit within the time segment. Trump and Republicans felt the first answer was "word salad" and wanted to see it in the final interview. They got upset when it wasn't there and had a temper tantrum. Now Trump is wasting campaign donations filing a lawsuit that won't go any place. He thinks, by filing in Texas, he can get a sympathetic jury and judge.
