I did some preliminary stuff and was officially in 4 days after I turned 17 . I was in Fort Rucker Alabama and then in Wildflecken Germany. I had 30 days of unused leave so I was still 19 when I got out after serving a 3 year commitment. I gradually rose through the ranks and was an E-4 when I got out." Thanks for your answer and your service. Spec 4 or Corporal? Just curious. |

Civilly it cost them $787 million for defamation. You confuse criminal with civil liability. If they violate the broadcasting terms and agreement with the FCC, they could run into issues there. It could be a civil issue if the person they edited wanted to sue them. But that would be Harris, not Trump, in this case. |

Draft isn’t the only factor. I know numerous people in high school that were either going to eventually be in jail or the service.
One of my oldest friends was a Marine but was a truck driver. He did his time and was still the same coke sniffing fiend he was before he went in.
