When compared to the Dems the Repugnants have a lock on hypocritical political posturing. What a bunch of two faced lying pieces of shit. Integrity isn't in the Republican dictionary. No need to be loyal to their own opinions. Just say and do whatever it takes to get elected. Lots of talk and not a lot of action. But wait, there will be a plan next week. Maybe.

What is your education? You and others on here seem to think you are smarter than republicans. JD Vance is a OSU and Yale grad. Republicans have 2 Ivy league graduates on the ticket. How does your education match up? What about Biden / Harris? I’m not sure how I feel about Vance. But uneducated he ain’t. Yale law school grad. Editor of their law review. Then became a best selling author and businessman. U.S. Senator before he’s 40. He’s a smart man. Also a warrior. Iraq War vet. I’m more concerned about his sincerity. Its not impossible that he has ideologically and personally grown towards Trump just as people like me have gravitated away from him. But I’m concerned about him possibly being a political chameleon that changed his colors when he saw the way the GOP was coming under Trump’s control. A cynically fake MAGA is more dangerous than a sincere one. A Right-wing idealist who’s doing it for the cause will have rules and lines he or she won’t break or cross for conscience’s sake and fidelity to an ideology. A cynical fake will use the rhetoric for power. Power is a means to an end for the ideologue, while power is the end and ideology is the means for the cynic. I’m not decided what I think H.D. Vance is yet; an idealist or a cynic. But he’s young, intelligent, and talented. Better watch out. Trump’s not the one that has much of a potential to become an American Hitler…. As I said, he wants to be President. The only real question is, does he want to wait four years?

His resume sounds similar to Obama's if memory serves me correctly. Except Vance served in the Marines Just politically polar opposites

“This is one of the great tricks that I think the sexual revolution pulled on the American populace, which is the idea that like, ‘well, OK, these marriages were fundamentally, you know, they were maybe even violent, but certainly they were unhappy. And so getting rid of them and making it easier for people to shift spouses like they change their underwear, that’s going to make people happier in the long term.”

Vance is the very best pick i could have hoped for. So much baggage that it's going to be fun to watch both him and Trump defend their record of crazy.

Parents divorced when the child was very young. Mother eventually deserted her son. The boy was raised by his grandparents.
Each man used several names during his life: Vance/Bowman/Hamel. Obama/Soetoro
Each man went to a public college, then to a Ivy League Law school. Each man became the editor of the his school's Law Review.
Each man wrote a book about his early life, which became a national best seller. Vance: Hillbilly Elogy, Obama: Dreams of my father
Each man became a Senator at a young age.
Each man came out of nowhere to become a national political figure.
