Wife had been under the weather for a few days and requested KFC. It was actually pretty okay, and the biscuits didn't resemble hockey pucks for a change!  |

Wife made some kind of low country boil, that looked like she put the plate under her dress and took a dump on it.
I made sure she knows not to put anything like that on the table again.

Put a rack of St Louis trimmed spares on the Egg today around noon. As mentioned before, normally after three hours of smoke, I will cut my wife's portion and wrap them in foil with a little apple juice to "steam" for around 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours and leave mine unwrapped as I like a bit of a bite to mine. Today I wrapped the entire rack for around 1-1/4 hours and then back on for a half hour and coated with a sweet bbq sauce(I prefer a spicy). The wife like them, but they were too mushy and sweet for me. We had a baked sweet potato to go with them and some leftover KFC slaw. Pour bulldog is use to getting the flap of underside meat from a full spare rib, so now he's pissed at me! Sorry, no photos of the rib as the wife laughs at me when I take pictures of the meals for my online boyfriends! Reason 621 to not marry a redhead.

My wife went fishing and attended a lot of the FS West central get togethers so she knew first hand what we were all about. Good part was that she fit right in.  |

Cooked a couple small filets last night with loaded baked potatoes, tossed salad and some crab legs. My daughter and grandson were vsiting so I was multitasking and forgot the pictures. Tonight Im going to pick the crab and make a crab pasta with shrimp scampi, seared scallops and a blackened tuna cesar salad.
