Had the best Italian meatballs I have ever tasted tonight at a place called Il Primo in Chattanooga. Served with a small side of pasta and marinara sauce.

Two inch thick ribeyes last night on the tug. Tacos tonight. Smoked ribs tomorrow. Prime rib Monday... A good week so far... OUT.

Wasn’t my pick and I had already drank a bunch of beer on the boat followed by a few rum and cokes at the dock so wasn’t exactly on point with my tasting, but thought it was ok. Probably not something I would recommend or go buy myself, but I’ll drink it again if someone puts it in front of me.

Gonna have leftovers. (a couple of chicken wings, some pulled pork, sketti and sausage, broccoli and a couple of ears of corn) Told the wife "if we don't eat this stuff it's going in the trash"
"OH NO!!! , we can't throw it out" So, leftovers it is.

We have a couple bbq chicken legs and homemade tater salad from Friday, a pile of chicken nachos from last night and I don’t know what else. Leftovers here for sure also. Leftover nachos is a tough one, I’m thinking a big bed of lettuce for a taco salad might work. I think there is a ear or two of grilled corn that I can add to the mix. I’m used to cooking for 4, my boys have not been home for days(off having fun). I have to make some adjustments on quantity soon.

Smoked a rack of St Louis trimmed Spares and made some ABTs. Ribs took 6 hours at 235, smoked with apple chunks, and rotated 180 degrees every hour and spritzed with apple juice. ABTs took about 2 hours. The ribs were very tender and juicy, I've had two rib cooks in a row that I'm pleased with. I'm due for a major screwup

Red Grouper, ARS & Swordfish done on the Weber with flash fried Zuchini in Marinara and Cauliflower.
Looks good T65.

Grilled some chicken legs and basted with BBQ, turnip greens and air fried some corn. Simple and easy.
