Apparently this dumb fuck of a President has not purchased lumber or building materials, fertilizer, hay, groceries, gas or diesel, animal feed, or a new vehicle. Did I forget anything? Oh yeah, Macdonalds.

It's an indisputable fact that inflation is down, and still trending down. Criticize all you want, but please stop ignoring reality. It's not a great look.

It's an indisputable fact that inflation is down, and still trending down. Criticize all you want, but please stop ignoring reality. It's not a great look. But has this trend anything to do with “Bidenomics” or just the Fed choking the heck out of the economy with interest rate hikes? Where are we in relation to when Biden took office. That would be the true indicator. If prices go up 200% then come down 10% should we be grateful for that? Is that inflation on the downturn? I’m sorry I can’t get excited over the slight decrease in prices. We have been pushed near a recession. Again where are we in relation to when Biden took office?

The same make and model car 3 years ago has increased in price by 25%.
I’m talking about average cars that were in the $25k-$40k range.

Bidenomics is just another way of saying restoring the American dream after 40 years of trickle-down limited that dream to those at the top.

BT is right. While most food prices continue to rise(grocery and restaurants) , portions smaller, rising electricity/water/sewer rates, insurance, housing, building products, cleaning chemicals, home-goods and most everything else we’re purchasing…. eggs have gone down and given the right week gasoline at the pump may have dropped $.10 I’m just happy to know that while I have a set mortgage and truck payment, that with the last quarter windfall, I put a + $16 back in my monthly egg allowance (my son and i eat 4 dozen a eggs a week)
Winning

the economy shouldn’t be your biggest worry, heart disease and high cholesterol. Do you have heart disease Tony? Eggs are not bad, in fact, they are healthy and contain a lot of protein. From the NIH Egg yolk contains high amount of HDL. Egg yolk HDL can be used to treat cardiovascular disease. The focus of egg yolk HDL treatment has been on its favorable actions in increasing HDL-c and reducing LDL-c, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-c), and lipoproteins (8). I prefer egg whites myself. High blood pressure from dwindling finances are far worse than an egg. Today I was at Publix and their sub special (different every week) used to cost $5.99 before Biden... Now they are charging $8.49. These price increases have never happened in my lifetime. Everyone knows the economy was better under Trump. Everyone but BT. I volunteer at a place that pays their employees $15 an hour and they all say the same thing. These are kids in their 20's. Prices used to be better before 2020 and they do not believe it was Covid, most agree Covid was big overreach by the gov. The beauty is they do not listen to the quacks in the MSM like ABC or NPR. That is the difference, if they vote, it will not be for a man that cannot speak and drove prices through the roof.

Has anyone considered some of these price increase are a direct effect of the rising minimum wage. The cost of labor is typically the largest expense for a company. And I don’t have heart disease.

When did plywood hit $100 a sheet $128 for 4x10 A/C (Bulk unit price). That was last week. Week before it was $115. Inflation is easing off though and prices are coming down, yeah right.

Lubber was outrageous a year/year and a half ago and it has since come down, but not because employees took a pay cut.

During the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, prices of processed wood products, such as softwood lumber and plywood, nearly quadrupled. Wholesale prices for plywood increased from $400 to $1500 per thousand square feet

From what I hear on the radio salary although up has lost 3% due to inflation. And more people are now carrying credit card debt. Fewer people have any emergency funds.

The "news" doesn't want to present good news. Negative news is more sensational and sells ad space. I used to work with my employees to correct their mistakes, then we would all move forward with the hope not to repeat them. Seems like the agenda today is to throw out the baby with the bathwater. There's surely enough corruption in politics to go around. If you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem. Cast your vote based on a broad understanding of the world we live in. Not the force fed drivel news we're subjected to on a daily basis.
