Any of your local farm stores should have a product made by Hi-Yield called 38 Plus which is 38% Permethrin, which will work good for you, I fight them on a much larger scale in my hay fields with herbicides like Silencer and Serpent which are both contact killers, this year has been the worst year that I can remember since about 2015.

If you have wasp around your house leave them. Wasp and birds are good at eliminating them as well.

Let your lawn grow up some and once it turns brown this winter..check the wind ,get out the garden hose and light it on fire. You'll be amazed what happens come spring. We used to burn the Everglades and within 2 months the woods looked like a Golf course. DeThatches your lawn and kills many pests for a couple generations. Amazing to see.

I wonder what the HOA would say about that......

Checked the last hayfield I have to cut this morning and had moths everywhere so within a few days there would be a new crop of army worms, so I just hooked to the Krone hay cutter and flipped all the cutting blades to the un-used side and with any luck will cut it down tomorrow morning, that will at least put the hay season to rest but I have rye and oats to plant but will probably try to wait for some colder weather to keep the army worms from eating that up.

Boric acid powder is great at killing insects. Gets ants, spiders, silverfish and roaches. Don’t know about these pests
