I've no idea......and as I look in on ISW at about 1:00 AM every evening when the typical "old guy" call happens, a event that now involves looking in on the news for a few minuets before going back to sleep for a couple of hours......the view for ISW is that the Russians are grinding it out to the east.....
Still........there is some thought to be applied here as it has to be that at some point the carnage has to stop......
