I am sure if CVS/Publix/Walmart pharmacies were asked about their numbers they would say the same thing. Every time I visit the DR i walk out with another pill. Maybe CVS and the rest of the pharmacies should sell legal weed. I doubt you would ever see any major chain selling weed until the Fed makes it legal. The legal issues it would mean for them would not be worth it. Contracts with Medicare and medicaid plus most private insurance companies. Then the issue of the FDA swooping down on you for violating federal drug laws. |

Vote Yes on 3 and 4. My body my choice. Vote NO on all amendments. When you vote yes all you are doing is letting the legislators off the hook. It is their jobs and responsibility to pass or kill these laws, regs. That’s what they are elected and payed to do. |

If they're smart, they'll pass it. Hasn't been no increase in crime around here. Anybody that wants it already can get it. It's safer through a licensed facility. It generates a lot of tax and saves money by not spending resources to combat it. why dont you check out the crime stats on colorado since weed became legal . go ahead i will wait for the excuses. oregon is doing great as well ive heard. |

I don't care who backs 3 & 4 as long as they get approved. Never thought I'd see legal weed in my lifetime. Right to choose shouldn't even be a conversation. Government needs to keep out of our personal affairs. It sure is nice to walk around freely smoking a joint around the Bay area without the police messing with you. It sure pisses me off when I’m driving down the highway and I can smell the blunt the guy in front of me is smoking. Same thing when I’m at the side of the road waiting for a break in traffic so I can cross and a car goes by that smells like a skunk. I’m with Rich on this issue. Jackasses! |

It sure is nice to walk around freely smoking a joint around the Bay area without the police messing with you. It sure pisses me off when I’m driving down the highway and I can smell the blunt the guy in front of me is smoking. Same thing when I’m at the side of the road waiting for a break in traffic so I can cross and a car goes by that smells like a skunk. I’m with Rich on this issue. Jackasses! Get over it. I was just in Mass visiting family last month. Went to a Friday night RedSox/Yankees game. Smelled weed all day. Took the little kids to Salem for a witch tour and some coastal sightseeing. Smelled weed all day. Everywhere we went smelled weed.
I get it, smoke it too but I sure don’t want to smell it 24/7 everywhere I go so I’m voting no.

Prior to medical mj, it was uncommon to smell it while driving down the highway. Now it’s one or twice a week. Apparently, some people are cool with that. I’m not one of them. Thanks for making our roadways less safe, Johnnie Morgan and Nikki Freid.🙄 What I’m opposed to is the ass hats that think it’s cool to drive stoned. Meat already pointed out the problems that it causes. It’s not the mj itself. It’s the idiots who abuse it and endanger others because of their irresponsibility. |

In line with the above comments, how about we ban the display of assault weapons in public? Or making everyone who exits a bar take a breathalyzer test? Where does it all start and stop? Or develope odorless herb?
