It'll be interesting to see where rates are Monday morning after Powell speaks tomorrow. Talked w 3 lenders in 2 days. Only AgSouth guy mentioned not locking in rate cause it may come down becore we close in October. AgSouth guy sounds a little more honest than the others.

Sweet onion and tomato on toast with mayo are great.
I could become a vegetarian if I could eat them every day.
Sorry but I love onions
My son won’t eat them at all. I started showing him labels of food to show him that onions are already in a lot of food. He almost quit eating ketchup! Ketchup is his favorite condiment. Ketchup on everything since he was a toddler 😂🤣👍

I like the sweet onions. On salads, tacos, grilled and on steak.

The school that my kids went to sold vidalia onions in the spring as a fundraiser. Couple of the farmer dad's would go to Vidalia and pick up loads of the onions and we all helped distribute them. Usually raised 10,000 to 15,000 each year selling them. One of the ways that I like them is to take the core out, fill with butter and Worcestershire sauce and microwave until tender.

That sounds great. I wonder if they would be good as one of those battered and fried “blooming onions” they sold at chili’s and a few other places

I'll do that except I'll wrap them in foil and put them on the grill. When they soften up, I'll open the top, throw some chips in the smoker box to give them a little smoke flavor. Good stuff.

I throw them on the edge of the coals without peeling them. Rotate them around a bit as you cook. Comes out great.

My Tally Hottie loves Onions. I just had her watch this and tomorrow we're gonna go get some sweet Vidia Onions and make this. Well, she'll make it and I'll drink beer and make suggestions. I AM the Man of the house after all....Winning
