Makes you wonder what is she doing that Biden wasn't doing to make her so popular overnight? She's running on Bidens record and Biden was clearly losing so he stepped down to save Democracy. She was never popular as VP, first one of the candidates to quit becuase she couldn't get it going. Just seems very strange to me.
