Resort weather!
Clear sky, slight breeze, 70 degrees ... .
The derelict 3-car garage next door is a critter condo.
Gaps in the roof have been left open for over a decade.
Recently, we've been seeing three of this years Raccoon kits.
No sign of "The Triplets" early today, sundown is a good bet.
