surgeon General advisory- not medicine but politics

I saw where the Guvnah won't comply, and good for him to take that stance.

But the US Surgeon General is pushing the political agenda.

In my profession I can't practice out of the field of my expertise, but obviously that the Surgeon General thinks that principle does not apply to him. Granted it is an advisory,  but with the various rule changes by agencies  dept of education and title 9, atf, epa, and others it's a backdoor method to achieve the same result.
