Morning team. A busy last four days so I’m a little sore in the lower back. It’ll go away as the day progresses. PS-send us a little rain.

Good morning, greetings, and salutations!
A great start to the day, hours of fun and surprises lie ahead.
The plan is to bend barriers, and seek the greater good, with a dictionary!
No need to rewrite the law if the definition of the words can be revamped.
( If a word isn't defined in rule or statute, courts rely on dictionary definitions. )
Do it with a Federal law, and in 40+ states, their laws change automatically.
If it happens, ... I'm back in business.

Sorry about that. I'll explain as soon as my package of documentation are on their way to Washington. The entire project was tossed off the rails by Covid ... and then I got it ... twice. Now, it's worth a shot, and as it happens, the regulatory burdens are, for once, almost sensible. ( which is to say ... "non-existent for purposes of taxation" ... ) Brushing up on no-compete contracts and non-disclosure clauses. Laws revolve around definitions. For instance, what constitutes a "derivative instrument"? Or, for that matter, a derivative of anything. That's the crux of the issue, and the law provides no easy answer. I'm doing them a favor by providing one.
