So numbnutz the prosecution could not have offered a deal for his testimony? Of course they could. Only your warped brain doesnt see that he would not rat on Trump. OR ELSE HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE STAND! What kind of a dumbass hater are you? You just make up shit everyday. some of the guys on here are pretty smart although i may disagree with them on some stuff i can tell they aint stupid,,, cad on the other hand tries to be smart with his straight from google opinions and answers but its plain to see he,s a big dummy. Smarter than you, I don't support either of the major parties candidates for President. Who did you vote for in 2016 and 2020?

Don't think a state prosecutor can make a deal for federal crimes. Weisselberg ain't testifying to anything since it might open him up to various state and federal charges if he told the truth and more jail time for perjury if he lies. He would plead the 5th. He was the CFO who was helping Trump fake the numbers. He still has the IRS auditing the books wanting their $100 million. You think he is going to take the stand and tell the truth? Funny but you believe Cohen. Such a hypocrite hater! As the judge stated in his instructions; They cannot convict Trump on Michael Cohen's testimony alone because he's an accomplice, but they can use his evidence if corroborated with other evidence.I used his testimony, as did the jury, in corroboration with the other evidence, like the handwritten note, Pecker's testimony, McConney's testimony, and the checks and invoices.

Guilty is guilty is guilty
What's so hard to understand about that.
Loosing the election is loosing.
What's so hard to understand about that as well.
Trump is an idiot and deserves everything he's got coming to him. He's gotta be the dumbest president every in the history of this country and it's not even close. I was an idiot for voting for him in 2016. Oh well we all make mistakes. At least I'm smart enough to figure it out. The Maga Cult apparently is dumber than their leader.

I just learned from Cad that having an NDA drafted is either cost free or that any cost associated with it isn’t a legal cost. GMAFB. Cohen is a tainted witness. His word on the stand is, to put it as BT would, worth mierda. Cohen never asked for costs unless it was his bonus money. The handwritten evidence from Trump's CEO spelled out what the $420,000 was for. It wasn't just Cohen's testimony. Other witnesses and evidence supported his story. Not questioning the others. Just pointing out that Cohen is an admitted perjurer so the truthfulness of his word holds no weight.

At all would have been the more appropriate instruction. Them putting him on the stand hurt their case more than it helped it.

It didn’t seem to hurt the prosecution as he was found guilty 34 times out of 34 charges

That’s one point of view, I suppose.
It doesn’t demonstrate a very strong position, when you have to turn to a self-admitted liar to try and make your case.
It actually lends more weight to the argument that the persecution…. Dang it! I did it again!….. I mean prosecution, was motivated by something more than enforcement of the law.

Ask BF if he has ever put a criminal on the stand as a witness in one of his cases Your comparison isn’t necessarily apples to apples, in case you didn’t know. Lots of times when it makes sense and lots of times when it doesn’t, depending on the relationship and other factors. This is one of those times where it did more harm than good, in my opinion.
