I had a citation on my door from the zoning enforcement officer one day when I got home from work. The infraction was having my boat in the side front yard. He wrote up everyone in the neighborhood (No HOA). I researched it and found out because I have a corner lot I have "dual frontage property" so not only can I have one boat (or RV) in my side front but I can have two. After several attempts of contacting the officer I left him a message explaining he was incorrect for citing me. After about two weeks he called me back and said I was correct. About a year and a half later I was cited again for the same thing by a different officer. I had to explain it to him also.
