Well, sports fans, you have to give them credit. The Federalist Society sure knows how to pick their judges. "Their" judges, of course, is the whole idea ... not "our" judges. The deck has been stacked, and the superstitious rubes still don't have a clue. Nameless plutocrats, hiding behind electric fences and hired thugs, have finally won. Thanks to both patience and pesos, they've bought a new government, theirs to control. Kiss the "New Deal" goodbye, it's flushed, noble experiment replaced by a corporate state. Which brings us to the Documents Case and the tactics of judge Cannon. Her latest news flash: "Indefinite Delay" Are a series of "un-signed orders", calculated to insure no trial at all, an ethical lapse? Read the rules, and file a complaint. The odds are long, but it's possible. It's all there, including an official link to the pdf containing the rules of judicial conduct. www.ca11.uscourts.gov/judicial-conduct-disability

Persecute?
They give him several opportunities to come clean.
They have the boxes being moved on video!
The computer jockey rolled over.
Trumps lawyer took notes ... contemporaneous notes!
( a legally important point )
Then he had no choice but to testify truthfully.
His client was committing a Crime!
MAGA stands for "making attorneys hire attorneys".

These cases are "nothingburgers" just like Russisa Russia Russia!, the big impeachment, and Jan 6. Gotta wonder why all the effort to keep an astute businessman out of the government.

Nothing says astute businessman like bankrupting a casino. I figured the usual suspects would enjoy that! If the pluses far outweigh the minuses Id say someone is an "astute businessman".

You may have a point. Getting one's donors to take one's judge on several undisclosed luxury trips during one's trial can't be cheap, and certainly would qualify as astute.

Nothing says astute businessman like bankrupting a casino. Does it bother you that much that he has Bankruptcy in his past? Do you interview your mechanic to make sure they dont have any bankruptcies? Doctor? Accountant? Or do you only care if they are the best person fit for the job? You arguments (the same ones over and over) are hollow...

Nothing says astute businessman like bankrupting a casino. Nothing says incompetent like bankrupting a country... but you would vote for it again. Trump has already promised to cut taxes more while doing nothing about spending. You want to talk about bankrupting a country. Trump added more debt in four years than any other President in history. Trump added $6.7 trillion to the debt. Obama was the only one to add more and it took him 8 years and a recession. So, if you vote Trump, you are voting for it again.

Wonder how quickly the IRS can bring tax-evasion charges?
Good enough for Mr. Capone, good enough for Mr. Trump.
It's a simple case, and there's almost no way to defend against the charge.
Almost no paperwork to examine, because none existed in the first place!
Trump failed to pay taxes on $50 Million Dollars !
His supposed "loan" was to a corporation in his head, and that doesn't count.
He signed the return, his butt's in a sling.
Was it one year? Two?
The more the merrier!
