With the current admins move to reduce our carbon (I believe that’s what he says it is) footprint: Electric cars, gas appliances etc
Why not ban plastics? They are petroleum based. Our body’s are absorbing micro plastics
It’s a win win id say

Give them a few more years to perfect bioplastics and petroleum based plastics will be banned.

Start with baby steps right now with the water/soda/ketchup bottles.
Make them glass again. Think of all the jobs in the US that would create 15yo boys working Publix bottle room again. Manufacturing Etx

Manufacturing Etx ^ That was the worst. Killed a bunch of rats in there. But it was a nice chance to get out of bagging and work in the back.
