Are they going to rebuild the entire bridge or replace the section that was destroyed?
There is still two sections standing with the middle section destroyed. I thought they would replace the missing section and attach it to the old bridge. Seems like this would be quicker, cheaper, and easier. But what I read makes it look like they are rebuilding the entire bridge.

I'd imagine the entire bridge. Will be replaced Even though portions of the bridge remain, I'm sure the structural integrity has been weakened. I'm also sure technology has come a long ways since the original bridge was built. All this whining and crying just reflects the victim mentality that exists in America now.

This is the sort of situation I have no problem with my tax money going towards. One of the busiest ports in America, just STFU and get it done.
