Good morning forum brothers.
I got a chance to look over the saltwater regulations a while ago. Man, there certainly are not a lot of fish left that we are allowed to keep offshore. It’s kind of sad really. It is doubtful that I will ever be able to show my grandchildren the joy of being able to fish offshore in my lifetime.
