I saw the early news that said she was a transgender and even posted about it. Regardless that the news and I were wrong, this person had obvious mental health issues and should not have had access to firearms. The problem is how do we enact laws that protect the innocent that may be falsely accused of having mental issues while stopping the true mentally problematic people.
