The shrimp have been small with some nice size ones.This year he put a tank on and keeps them live.Sells to a buyer at the dock.

A few years ago I switched from live shrimp for my customers to the standard DOA shrimp- the 1/4 oz. size and we do just as well with them as we did with the live shrimp (when we're not tossing flies at them...). The big difference is whether the shrimp are moving... Nights when there's no shrimp running we really struggle and have to work for every bite... but when the shrimp are moving the bite is just on fire...
