Good morning to be alive.
Symptoms somewhat abated.
The urgent care people do a heck of a job.
Blood pressure, EKG, blood work, chest X-ray.
Covid and flu swipes were less invasive than usual.
As I thought, it came back positive for Covid.
Paxlovid started, Tylanol at bedtime ...
Time for coffee ... fingers crossed.

Yes Thursday is my Friday. We went to a 4-10 schedule a couple of years back. I voted against it. I worked it for years before I got this job. But I'm ok with it. The first year we did it it was rotating. So one week you'd work Mon-Thursday then the next week Tues-Friday. So you got a 4 day weekend every other weekend. Now we just work Mon-Thursday. Except during outages. There's a shift team that works 12 hours. I was on shift a few years ago. You get 7 days off every 5th week but your constantly going back and forth from days to nights. I didn't care for it. But some love it and they can have it
