Good Moan'n. Chilly (31) out this morn'n. Went south and handled the pipes down there yesterday. Got a few more things to check on and handle up here before Tuesday night.

Minus one right now, predicted high ... 12 degrees.
Oh joy!
Last night was less than wonderful.
The furnace in one of the rentals stopped functioning.
Simple fixes didn't work ...
The tenant used a space-heater in a bedroom, and one in the basement.
A technician is due at 9:00 ...

Good morning.
Got a truck driving friend stuck in Dickson TN. I told him to wait a few days.
Got to to go check on the houses. Shut off outside water and make sure faucets are dripping.
