Really cold this morning.
The high will be 21 ... minus 5 tonight.
Tomorrow's high is scheduled to be ... 7 degrees.
There's a chore that can only be done on days like that.
Whether to let it slide,or not, is still to be determined.
Call it a "game day decision".
