Good luck to y'all ... but I grew up working on old POS cars and have absolutely no wish to do it any more. I toured the Daytona speedway ... which was interesting but one of the features was changing a tire in a simulated pit stop. I told the guide that I worked at a service station as a teen changing tires every day and that it wasn't fun then and I sure as hell didn't want to do it on my vacation. He just laughed. That is why I want to get an old car to work on. |

I know where there is a 1933 or 34 Chrysler sedan is..but it's not in the cheap description, street rod. 1k to 1.2k miles away..

I had a '41 Ford coupe as a teen. Paid $50 dollars for it.
Had a lot of fun in that car.

 flathead 8 ... I don't miss it. It was fun for a time but that time in my life is long gone. I like a safe, reliable, efficient and comfortable vehicle. other than going to Miami for doctor appointments I rarely drive over 20 miles. and that's usually going to Publix in Key Largo. which is only 11 miles away. and there's plans to open a Publix only 4 miles away. I like my little sport car. I think it's perfect for me and the Keys. I drive my wife's SUV to Miami not my SLK. |

SLK is a nice ride. Not my cup of tea but a nice ride.
If I was looking at a 2 seater convertible, I'd probably get a Bugatti W16 Mistral.
