It's time once again folks. Jan 14th 2024 on Moonshine Hill. If you plan on grinding anything let me know what and how much so I can gather enough seasoning and casings to cover all. I will have enough meat cooking for our afternoon meal. Sides, paper goods etc will be appreciated if you can bring something. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Ferris I think 20 years or so. I think Luke and Cynical were still active in the forum then. They both attended the first one if I remember right. Been a long time.

Everyone brings whatever meat they want to use and seasoning if they want. If not I can provide seasoning and casings for a fee.I have all the needed equipment. It's a family friendly deal. The only rules are do not show your ass and do not disrespect R E Lee and our southern ways. We usually have a damn good time.

It's always a good time, with plenty of help from the folks who know how to do it.

Well, all had a great time. We made 425 lbs of sausage. Family Fisher, Skyway Ande and myself were the only forum representatives. All others were local family and friends. Looking forward to the bash in June.
