Yea, let the legal system handle it. getting all squirley aint gonna help. The process may be slow BUT it is sure and you don't end up in jail. The process worked great. We got virtually everything we asked for including back pay for medical expenses, all Attorney fees, back pay for support, she got sole custody and decision making on children, he has to go through counseling with the kids before seeing them alone, all 3 kids as dependents on her taxes and some other stuff. His cost will be around 21K. I had to laugh when the judge told him he would be incarcerated until he came up with the money. I thought his eyeballs were going to fall out. He had to make a call to his Dad in Texas and the judge let him put half on a credit card to the law firm. Judge got really POed when he asked to make a call as he had just testified under oath he had no one to call. He has 30 days to come with the rest. Karma |

GA is tough on child support. They'll put you in jail in a heartbeat. Suspend any professional license you have and drivers license.

My wife used to pay child support. Had trouble seeing kids etc.
Ex was supposed to split value of house w her. He sold it under table and transferred title supposedly w/o payment. No way to get anything out of him who is multi-millionaire. Azzhole.

My wife's sperm donor told the judge he quit his previous jobs because they were taking too much child support out of his checks. Judge about lost it on his ass when he said that. Made him sell everything he claimed to own and come up with $2000 or be put in jail. He paid that and a couple payments over the last two years. He potentially facing 12+ felony counts one of these days if he doesn't pay what is owed. It might take a while but I'm hoping the lock his ass up and send his prison job money to child support. He's a sorry ass piece of scum that had no business preproducing. At the end of the day his money really isn't needed and everyone is happy in our home. |

The money is for his child. Do not let him off the hook even thou you don't "need" the money. He needs to be taken to task and pay his responsibilities. IMHO The courts won't do shit unless he pays no money. Only thing he has to do is make a few payments a year and it keeps him out of court. |

Trying to find a fix for OCD wifes latest issue, the guys who laid the tile originally left some grout on places of the tile and some what looks like adhesive that they used, and it has stuck to the tile. I cant get it off, even with a commercial steam cleaner, tried a scraper, acetone, nada. Anyone have any ideas please let me know. Then lunch with the son and wife as they are passing through town, dropped the EV off for service, then went to the nursery to get some plants for my daughter. Dang, this retirement is keeping me too busy.

Cleaning out 2 barns worth. Old 4wheeler, 2 old mowers are on assbook( mommas job).
Took 20 gal. Of spent oil to the dump. Cleaned out various crap that teenagers tend to leave behind ( outside 😬).
Gathering more STUFF to take to my mommas house for a yard/estate sale.
Got a whole brisket on the smoker and beer in the cooler in the meantime.

Got up at 7:30 went to my Pards house to look at his RV A/C..Told him I don't know why the compressor ain't working...went home and went back to bed till 4 sleeping and reading a book.
Just one of them rare days when I could not get off my ass...Felt good to lay around like a big dog.

Patched bottom of a Basstracker, cleaned and rebuilt carbs on a Yamaha 150 2 stroke, started drying out a Polaris Ranger that was sunk. Now mixing a drink and chilling. Not a bad day.

Took dad over his buddy’s place and put a lift assist setup on a heavy duty lawn trailer. Glad i brung the umbrella i keep in my boat. Was pretty hut grinding and drilling black steel in the sun.
Got another old guy showing up tomorrow morning. We’re gonba cram 3 of us in a 14 ft brommit abd see if we can c&r some slot reds. Shoukd be fun. Hoping for the best.

Loaded the wife and two pups and drove 3 hours to Winter Park for a Dogfest. Canine Companions raised $100,000 with this event. Long trip for a great cause
