Went and got the grocery list my wife gave me to get her thru while I'm in the hospital next week. Thought it would be like 50-60 bucks. Publix is expensive, total bill was 116.80 Her A&W rootbeer is crazy expensive BUT I did get myself a Pepsi(16 oZ) which will be laced with makers mark(sacrilege, I know) Just hoping my Electrophysilogist says "Lets try some med adjustment" instead of something invasive. He just removed me from my Dofetilide a few weeks ago because he thought I'd been on it to long and said someting like "we will see, and if you go back into AFIB (which I have) we need to look at putting in a pacemaker." This getting old shit sucks. Wish I was 30 again  |

I hear ya. What my Doc says is that ""It's no big deal, I do it all the time" I've been thru lots of cardiac shit before. Had a couple of ablations, multible cardioversions and who knows how many catheratisions and other procedures. I trust and believe in my doc and if he says this is best for me I'm gonna go with it. It just blows More then anything else i worry about my wife worrying about me. I just want this to be done and over with and sitting on my couch watching the Super Bowl on my big screen next Sunday  |

Same way. |

Back before stents I guess. My wife had angioplasty. Two arteries they couldn't get open. The next week she had double bypass surgery.
This was in 96 she was only 45 y.o. She's 72 now still going. 2 bad knees all the things they want her to do to get her drs to sign off is ridiculous.

Good luck my brother. VA doing all this? Inhouse or Community Care? VA A lot of folks don't like the VA but in 30 years I've never really had a problem and my Docs are all very good. My CARDIAC and CHF docs i trust with my life.............literately
I'm probably gonna go this afternoon so i will be admitted and in a bed for monday morning rounds.
And from there , we shall see. I'll report back when i can............I don't do this forum shit on my phone

VA hasn't done me wrong. I know some folks have had issues but overall I can't complain. I'm kind of transitioning from Medicare to VA as we speak.
We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Are you in Tampa? Who is your cardiologist? At the James A. Haley Tampa VA it's Ray Cutro. My other VA Electrophysiologist Is Fabio Lionelli Both and others there have kept me on this side of the grass since 2017

I’m back at my desk. Wife and I took the youngest down to the lake and caught some specks. Shot a nice bar hog on Sunday morning and got the back straps. Was a nice weekend.

Went out Friday night to a show. I had a friend for a DD so I got LIT. Drank a bunch, took some mushrooms, and smoked a shit ton of weed as well as edibles. We partied until about 7 Saturday morning. Laid in bed Saturday and got stoned to the bone. Did a bunch of gardening yesterday around the house and then got baked on weed and edibles. Slept like a baby last night. Back to work today

I've been Laid up with sickness of some sort. No Energy and feeling like crap.
Today was day 7 . Felt a little better and took a walk with the Pup.
I learned a long time ago that sooner or later you have to force your ass to move or you never will.
Texted my Fun Gal in Tally and told her I was thinking about how hot and tight she is and I'm gonna wear it out soon.
She texted right back and told me she can't wait.

Paid the state of Florida protection money ( Corporate Filing Fees ), checked on a couple of parcel consolidation requests with Putnam County, worked on a few Prescribed Burn Association items, the most useful being with UF's Project Learning Tree......and then set a couple of bear traps.......
And tomorrow......depending on how the traps work out.....we'll prep things for a burn to be lit off on Wednesday......

Took my truck to the stealership for the 3rd time to fix the same issue they failed to fix the last 2 times I took it to them. This time I did all the troubleshooting, document it and provided them the applicable ford service bulletins on how to fix it. My shit now works. I shouldn’t have to do their job.

Went to Addison’s gun shop near Kissimmee and ogled a couple of firearms. Interesting that two different groups of women came in to use the pistol range while I was browsing. Had lunch and rode home. I’m starting to get the hang of this retirement gig.

Watched the wind and rain for the last few days. Smoked a lot of shit, laid around and watched fishing shows. Ate some great food. Got with the old lady. Life is good.
