........do a search using something like: "Microsoft fires DEI Team" or similar........and then read a few of the spins....from the right and the left.
Having been self employed all my life one thing about the decision stands out......that you don't run money at a part of your business that is not helping your business make profits.....at least in general.

So you haven't worked for or led any publicly-held corporations? If you had, the I suspect thing that would stand out would be that that stock price is a larger concern than simply profit...and that, in large part, explains the DEI corporate movement (in both directions).
That said, I agree wholeheartedly that it's interesting to see the spin that the left- and right-leaning organizations use, and you chose a good topic to demonstrate that.
Always consider the source.

Makes you wonder why so much $$$ are being thrown at it. A couple reasons... HR departments are infiltrated by people with an agenda and Investment groups were targeting companies with low "DEI" scores. But those novelties are wearing off as actually making a product and money is more important... ask Budweiser.

Thanks for the list of companies to avoid.

For down the middle news, I prefer Reuters, personally. Don't see it on that list for some reason.
Bellingcat is also really good too.
As for podcasters, I'm a big fan of Lex.

For many, DEI is simply a substitute for the N word.

I can’t help but think a few people obsessed with posting on this forum should probably be fired also. I barely have time to catch the morning weather most days, y’all are researching and comparing multiple sources of the latest “hot topic” drivel? Just so you can be more prepared to respond on a forum of misfits?
You people are silly…. At least in general 😁

X has been pretty accurate and I’ll continue with that until I see a reason to look elsewhere.

My company is 100% bought in to DEI. They have meetings and presentations all the time a out "being an ally". Where I am hasn't gotten to bad yet other than corporate pushing it pretty hard. I can only imagine what our sister company across the river is like because they are slam full of they/themselves and the like. I don't really care how people live their life. It's a full time job worrying about my own salvation and that of my family. But it's definitely coming where you will be told you have to accept and approve of whatever least you be a bigot and lose your job.
