Not anything like the Republican or Democratic National conventions, Several business oriented conventions over the years which are mostly sales events with some lectures thrown in.
I was a member of the Jaycees and elected as a Regional representative and went to their national convention once to elect national officers. It was basically three days and nights of drinking, debauchery, and speeches. The third night was elections with each region in a state getting a vote. But everyone knew who was going to win ahead of time. Lots of booze is all I remember 40 years later.

Use to go to the Workboat show in New Orleans with a friend who had a booth there back in the 90’s. Great time.

Well, considering what's happening, political.
I've been to more work conventions that I don't want to do anymore. Although the Heavy Hitters is a fantastic one!!

I’ve been to national union conventions, technically not political but a lot of politicking going on.
Me , Spicer, and TRT are heading down south in the fall for a Furry convention🐰🦊🐯

Never been nor will I ever go to one. I don’t even give one dime to anyone running for office. I just vote for my candidate and that’s as far as I will go.

Went to CBUG ( Circuit Breakers Users Group) I think I'm banned now and Westinghouse and Siemens are both forbidden to buy anymore drinks for my company. Hope this helps

pmgsc is having a huge convention in october, speakers,vendors,live illustrations as well as audience participation. gonna be a ton of fun i recommend everyone go and give it a try.

I went to a Federalist Society convention in New York City several years ago. John Bolton was there. Seems like Alito stopped by too unannounced. But for some reason I remember Bolton more.

Nobody parties like a Federalist. I’ll put it this way. That trip was the first experience I had seeing how some very public members of Christian political groups behaved in private. Not only behaved, but even what they’d say in private about what they actually did and didn’t really believe and how they played the church game for political advancement. |
