I listened to a lot of Rush. Didn’t agree with his politics but he was entertaining. Nobody has come close to replacing him. Ughhh my ears. I occasionally catch about 5 minutes of Hannity on the way home from work. Even if I didn't disagree with his politics I can't stand to hear that swarmy cocksuckers voice. I did occasionally laugh at arush. Usually shaking my head and saying he absolutely does not believe this shit he's just selling a brand. Rush was a true believer in classic American conservatism. I don’t think people realize how much he was holding the ideology of the Republican party together. He was very much against Trump during the 2016 primary. If there was anything about him that was partially insincere, it was that after Trump, Rush fell in behind him on the grounds that the most important objective in his mind was to defeat the Left, and where Trump solidly controlled the biggest core of the Republican base, one had to flow with him instead of work against him for the sake of the end result. I also think Rush came to appreciate Trump for his transformation of the Federal courts. I also think he personally got to know Trump and they connected over golf and Rush started to influence Trump directly. That ended of course when Rush died. There’s not much Hannity says that I disagree with. But he is representative of that Catholic control of the new Right that would differ from the traditional American Protestant views that separates the church from Caesar.

Trump supporters act like children. Whining and crying all the time. Name calling and insults when things don't go their way. Adults don't act like that. Cad, the gift that keeps giving. Absolutely!

Rush started out trying to get you to think. He was a leader of the conservative movement in his heyday. I was not happy when he joined the Trump craze. I did like Neal Boortz better. He told you not to believe anything he said. I do not believe Tucker or Hannity believe anything they say, they are just about ratings and saying whatever it takes to get the money. They are entertainers playing a role for their audience.

Ever bothered to list out the leaders of the Right and then cross referenced how many of them are devout Catholics vs them being evangelicals. You’ll find that among “true believers” in religion on the Right, they’re overwhelmingly Catholic. There’s a few that give lip service to Protestantism but probably aren’t believers in much beyond there generically being a God. Extremely few are devout evangelicals. Many that claim to be are easily disprovable like MTG and a few others. Huckabee and a couple of others probably actually believe what they claim to.

He is currently a registered Republican. On my ballot under Republican for president it will say Trump. So those are both lies. Laura Trump is the co-chair or the RNC. These are facts. Trump is Republican in name only, he is, as he has stated, the party of MAGA. Haley supporters are not welcome in his political party, Moderate Republicans are not welcome in his political party. If you are aren't kissing Trump's fat ass and praying to him as your Savior, you aren't welcome in his political party. He is your God or you are not welcome. You sell your soul to him or you are not welcome. That is MAGA, that is Trump. He is not a true Republican. He does not reflect the values and morals of the Republican party. He is MAGA, an offshoot of the party that real Republicans should look at with distain. I am sad that one man has done this to the Grand Old Party. I fear the Republican party may be dead thanks to Trump and the MAGA morons. both parties are dead incase you havent noticed but keep trying to convince people what they have seen and felt the last 4 years was just a dream and community kamala is the answer. everyone who is voting for trump is a moron, you really are a fucking idiot.

The moderator’s statement about “speaking to Trump supporters like little children” wasn’t biased. No never bias. Not here ! What a f…king joke! Trump supporters act like children. Whining and crying all the time. Name calling and insults when things don't go their way. Adults don't act like that. Are you kidding? Have you seen the hatred and vitriol posted from some of the leftist social commies around here? Everything else pales to how those clowns act. They're beyond rabid. From a outsider who doesn't give two shits, if it wasn't for them citing their education and pontificating their enlightenment while tagging everyone else with a different opinion as a moron, I would have thought I was reading regurgitated tripe written by a bunch of dumb, mouth breathing, knuckle dragging Neanderthals.

The right has spent years yelling and screaming at anyone who tried to disagree. "Libtard" and the new buzzword "groomer". And a host of other unimaginative insults they hear from the talking heads community. Almost daily if you disagree with something they say or prove it false then they attack your weight, looks, I've even had some pretty horrid things said about family members. Keyboarss and screens give people a lot of balls. Things are pretty tame around here but the vitriol is very real.
