Is there any VP pick that could convince you to vote for Trump? If he chose Nikki Haley or Marco Rubio it could change my mind about voting for him. The other candidates on his list would convince to stay where I am and vote third party. Tim Scott showed some promise, but just turned into a Trump ass kisser and lap dog. Trump insults the man and he smiles about it. DeSantis could also make me rethink my decision, but I do not see that as a possibility. Haley is a 1000 to 1 long shot and I think Rubio is 50 to 1. I think he goes with some Trump yes man. I would not doubt him picking one of his sons if he didn't think it would sink his chances to win. You are right about Tim Scott. Boy, he is just an ass kisser when I see him do interviews. I hate ass kissers in general. Rubio would be a good choice IMO. I like JD Vance, but I do not think it is a good idea to give the MSM another talking point about no diversity on the ticket. If Trump picks one of his kids, that would make me stay home and not vote. That would be really dumb.

Nikki Haley would get my attention and Rubio would cause me to take a second look. Most of what I know about Rubio is negative so I'd have to depend on folks I know in Florida for what his character really is. DeSantis would not change my mind. Picking one of his sons (or daughters) would elevate my opinion of Trump's arrogance and hubris beyond where it already is. Geez are any of you leftist fucks even from Florida? WTF What does being from Florida have to do with Trump's VP pick?

Well, not sure I'm anti Trump, more anti joe.. so there isn't much of a choice. While I'm in line with the orange man's policies and direction, his ego gets in his way and he needs a short leash, but that isn't going to happen.
So for a vp pick anyone who was confrontational to the orange man is out..his ego insists that.
I'd want someone with a bit of spine, but not overly confrontational. So no Greene lady. Noem I haven't looked closely at to see her views, but gabbard I'd be ok with. She had a sincere conversion and her eyes opened it appears. But she needs a bit more grooming to be in the co pilots seat.
Character wise needs to be albe to follow chain of command but have spine and conviction if needed..hard slot to fill for orange man..

I like Ferris and Cad. I don’t always agree with them politically but Ferris posts some great music and Cad does the Google legwork so I don’t have to do it. Neither of them will influence my vote.

Trump’s VP has no effect on me. Trump would have to find some sincere humbleness from somewhere for me to be able to accept him.
The only thing I can think of that would likely make me vote for Trump would be the Democrats ditching Biden and fronting someone more Left than Biden. Newsome is usually who comes to mind. There are few entities I wouldn’t vote for to stop Newsome. Newsome is ideologically loathsome to me. I don’t think a 30-year-younger and non-senile Biden is much of a liberal. His young, liberal, aides are running the country instead of him. But they spend so much time trying to keep Grandpa awake yet silent that its mostly a wash. They got their hands full. And they’re also at odds with each other. Which makes their house divided and ineffective. As it should be as long as they’re at the helm.

MAGA folks are a different breed for sure. So are the progressives and climate cultists from the left. You (like the MSM) want to label anyone considering or set on voting for Trump as the same people with the same ideology. You are wrong. Very wrong. The current guy is too old and his policies suck. You don't have to be onboard with the MAGA movement to vote against the shitty policies from the past 3.5 years.
