I eat a pretty balanced diet since my last episode. I drink a lot more water, don't eat hardly any fast food(occasional Wendys), rarely eat steak and pork(except for some bacon here and there) and don't eat trail mix or popcorn anymore. I love fruit and fresh vegetables. Eat more chicken and seafood than any other meat. Most of our meals are made at home for lunch and dinner. Trying to cut back on the sweets gets me from time to time. I'm more of a binge sweet eater but been trying more and more to stay away from that. I've cut waaaaay back on my alcohol consumption as well. Definitely going to cut more on the alcohol moving forward.

Be careful with self diagnosis. The back and under rib pain is exactly what I experienced when my gallbladder went south. Not saying that's the problem, but if I were you I'd go see the doc.

Pain free as of now.
The under the rib and back pain was almost two years ago when I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with diverticulosis.

You are right. Our grandfathers didn’t run to the doctor with every ache and pain.
Of course my one grandfather died at 42 and the other grandfather died at 59.

You Yankees ain't known for Fine Breeding bro... My Dad died at 56 , Grandpaw at 65.. I'm still rolling at 68...But I smoke Weed every day. All they did was Drink. See , Life is a Balancing Act. I figgured out what works for me. Lot's of Tang , Never turn down a fresh Bowl and drink a few Beers daily. Winning ..
