I've noticed a car with all wheel drive is much more stable when driving in the rain ... rear wheel muscle cars tend to swap ends in wet weather IMO

You can get them sideways power out of it even let the tail hang out there for a while. Not so much with a Bronco. I hydroplaned in mine once. In the blink of an eye I was going backwards down an embankment

No thanks....All is good until its not. I follow Gintani on youtube. He made alot of high H.P. BMW back in the day. The failure rate was stupid high just due to BMW poor design. He moved onto super cars!

Don't do it.. I love my M3, but it really really loves to go the repair shop. Spun a rod bearing at 49,000 miles. Total engine replacement. Clutch at 80,000 not unusual. Fuse box fire at 90,000, barely saved her then. Oil changes are almost $200 with 9.4 quarts of high end synthetic. Varios valve timing needs to be replaced now. $3600 estimated. Windshield washer pump, $650 and can't get to it to change myself. It goes on and on. Not cheap cars to own. My mechanic says he does 4x engine swaps on BMW's vs Mercedes or Porsche. But, where else can you still buy a V8 stick shift with an 8,300 rpm red line?

Wow those beemers are pricey to maintain. 2.8 to reach 60 - I honestly don’t know where I could safely do that…. I’ll pass.

I always wanted one of the 2004 to 2006 E60s M5s with a 4-second 0 to 60. 4-door luxury with a 500hp V-10 under the hood. But they were usually in the shop more than they were on the road. You can pick one up for $20,000 to $30,000 these days.

I haven't kept up with the Euro hot rods or the Japanese cars. I have always been an American V8 rear wheel observer when watching you tube videos. I starting watching some videos of Nissan twin turbo GTRs producing 1600 HP...in a street car...insane!!!!! Apparently the ultimate street racer today is a twin turbo Dodge Viper at 3000 plus HP.

I have a BMW X5 that is around a 5 sec car. I'm in the final month of the lease, and I like it so much I'm buying it after the lease is up. It has 17,000 miles on it and another year of warranty. Just make sure you get rid of it when that warranty expires. You have zero clue of the number of $5K + repairs i have done on low mileage BMW's.
