The appearance of impropriety means nothing at all.

The appearance of impropriety means nothing at all. Stop avoiding. Is Mrs. Thomas Alito’s wife? If not, why did you suddenly bring her up in a discussion about Alito’s wife? One point at the time. Don’t confuse issues.

It’s okay to have a judge that’s openly biased against Trump and blatantly ignoring the law and not recusing himself BUT if a Supreme Court justice has the least hint of a POSSIBLE bias the leftists want him to recuse himself before any case comes before the Supreme Court.
How insane is that!
Wow. Just wow.
The lefties are completely out of control and out of touch with reality.

That’s not what Alito said. He didn’t say he displayed the flags “at his wife’s insistence.” He said he didn’t display them at all, it was entirely his wife’s display, and that to his knowledge the display had nothing to do with January 6. There’s no evidence to the contrary. So its a non-issue.

Everything is a banner for the far right according to all of you snowflakes. Do you consider the National flag a banner for the so called far right also?

They have to destroy their credibility in the coming months.

The Supreme Court answers to no one. It was designed that way. The Right has been living with a Leftist Court for decades. Now the shoe is on the other foot and the Left can’t stand a taste or their own medicine. Let ‘em cry.

Bullshit. The last time the court had a liberal majority was in the 60s. That's not crying. That's the truth.

Depends on your definition of “Liberal”.

Let's equate the term to "Leftist" and "the Left" -- you know, the post I was referring too -- and the fact still stands:
The court hasn't been tilted in that way since the 60s.

If the court is so tilted to the right why didn’t they rule on the War on Poverty and the voting rights act? And why did they rule the way they did on Roe vs Wade?

Because the court didn't take the far right turn it's currently under until much more recently.
Any other silly questions?
