Stormy, badgering defense witnesses, not allowing defense witnesses, and probably his reading of the law to the jury. Which defense witness did the judge not allow to testify? Stormy's testimony is the only question and so far Trump has lost every appeal. I think it is 50/50 on whether or not her testimony is an issue. |
