One is that it reinforces that the danger to Pence was ongoing.
Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.) revealed in the hearing that “a confidential informant from the Proud Boys told the FBI the Proud Boys would have killed Mike Pence if given a chance.” Given that members of the Proud Boys were both among the earliest arrivals inside the building and had a demonstrated predilection for violence, that’s not an idle threat.
Another is that it reveals that Pence was in peril even after Trump’s tweet.

After a year of trump, despite covid, sane Americans did what they had to do to save our republic. If this is saved LORD HELP US! Highest unemployment rate ever, wage increases, stock market records, record corporate profits (corporate greed inflation?), etc. Yes, we still have inflation caused by covid, war and trumps 1.9 trillion bailout (not infrastructure repair - trump failed with that). Biden brought inflation down from 9%.
Of course all the the whiny right wingers can think of is their personal issues brought about by bad choices and decisions. Go figure.

You lost me at hello I never said it didn't cause some inflation, it probably did. I think covid supply issues, russia invasion had more to do with it. The ENTIRE WORLD faced inflation for the same reasons. Trumps tax break and 2 billion covid bailout certainly did as well. I think the infrastructure bill was needed and in the long run with the jobs it provides and the modernization of our infrastructure will be a huge plus, not like we our infrastructure is in good shape.

Are you saying that prices are lower now. Inflation is up under Biden no matter what kind of MSNBC math you use. It's up...but Biden didn't cause inflation, he contributed to it some, but the long term benefits of infrastructure jobs and repair are worth it. To blame everything on him is not copacetic. The primary reasons are covid, war, trump tax cuts and bailout, corporate greed and then Bidens infrastructure bill, in that order IMO. |
