That is correct, Trump insulting the jury and witnesses could be detrimental to him getting a fair trial. Gag orders are to ensure the defendant gets a fair trial. Trump's gag order is very narrowly focused, he can still talk about the case and protest his innocence all he wants. Why does he need to insult people to intimidate or prejudice them against him anyways? They are trying to shut him up to protect the jury! Hilarious!!  and true as far as I know. Would you agree there are crazy people in this world who might think these are Trump's enemies and sub human when he insults and degrades them on social media? We know many involved in his cases have gotten death threats. How would you feel if one of those crazies killed somebody because Trump can't control his big mouth and says something stupid.
