Uncle Bens Fried rice, some spinach onion cheese egg frittata things ( that I pulled outa my ass) and garlic/olive oil pan fried dolphin. Not bad for a Tuesday ( I was trying to keep my mind off the baseball game I was listening to). Attachment Deleted

I just delivered that plate to my kid that is farm sitting 20 miles away, now I gotta clean the kitchen. It’ll be tomorrow before I settle in and get to eat. I wondered who might catch that. 👏 good job

Damn , that’s a lot of tuna, looks delicious. How do you prepare it? Do you throw it in the fridge and eat tuna for a week or freeze it?

Damn , that’s a lot of tuna, looks delicious. How do you prepare it? Do you throw it in the fridge and eat tuna for a week or freeze it? As with a cow there are parts of it that have different characteristics, both in fat and sinew.......and the darker parts are a little stronger due to the higher concentration of blood vessels. Boned it all out, separating the classes of meat and then Louann used the smaller trim pieces for seared last night. Some got shared with friends, more will get grilled tomorrow and the rest is labeled and frozen for future use. That belly....see all that fat!!! Got 7-8 pounds off of it. And the scraps went into the crab traps. It's not the best sort of bait for crabs but as of this afternoon there were a few. And once I buttress it with the heads off some mangroves and lanes we caught yesterday the result should be sufficient for a crabmeat dinner. Pretty good for free......not the snappers, we spent $ to catch them.....but the tuna.

Sushi last night...tonight will be flanken cut beef ribs Korean style..... Grilled pork chops...grilled portobellos...grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus and 1905 salad. Notice everything is grilled. I decided after my element burned out on the oven last week it was time for a new oven. I didn't realize when I drug the old one out it would take Lowes over a week for the new one. Still having appliance shortages I guess. Oh and the sushi cost a third more than it did a year ago. One more.... how and the hell do we have a Siracha sauce shortage? Cant find it anywhere. LGB.
