I bought some thin cut sirloin I'm going to sear it and make some steak and tomato sandwiches. Baked potato to go with it.

Grilled last grouper filet from other day’s harvest with a few cheeks I somehow missed on the original fry, plus grilled asaparagus.

Grilled up some boneless/skinless chicken thighs. Seasoned a couple with Paul Prudhumme's Redfish Magic, seasoned a couple with another cajun like seasoning, and left one plain for the dogs. Some steamed broccoli and an avocado as sides.

Some of yesterday's snapper in Parm cheese sauce.
Put fillet's in baking dish, spread a couple pats of butter and a dash or two of lemon juice and bake, covered, until almost done. While it's baking, mix butter, mayo, chopped onion and Grated Parm cheese, add Tabasco to taste. When fish is close to done, remove cover and pour off liquid and spread cheese mixture on fish. Place under broiler until cheese is brown and bubbly. Serve over large egg noodles.

Pigfish and spots, rice noodles, onions, peppers, zucchinis, Worcestershire.....olive oil, butter and spices..........not attractive............except to the taste buds!!!

Blackened chicken tender Cesar salad tonight. I have always loved a good Cesar salad. Using fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano and homemade dressing makes a world of difference versus store bought dressing and a bag of parmesan cheese.
