Tonight we will be having leftovers with a loaded cauliflower casserole that was inspired by OMG. Cauliflower is easily one of my favorite raw/ steamed vegetables. Cooked is hit and miss. I have tried the riced stuff and the different poppers and such. Not a fan of that. Dish out the casserole recipe wynn, “roughly “ works. I’m flexible😉

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Shrimp from frozen. Yes, they tasted as crappy as you imagined, but the wife wanted to try them. I can add that to the list of things I never want to eat again!

Passed on the ARS tonight and went to our favorite local Italain place - fantastic food.
The bride had her Spaghetti and Meatball. The meatballs (2) are about the size of your fist.
I had the Antipasta Italiano which is Mixed cured meats, cheeses, and marinated olives served over a mixed salad with balsamic glaze and olive oil. There is much more to it than I listed. Farkin fantastic. With tip walked out the door at $48.00.

I forgot to write this the other night, but I tried a new place in town, at least at this location in the Oak's Mall.
Called Top Hog BBQ and it was really good BBQ. Their collards were a bit salty and and the cornbread was as heavy as I have ever seen. But the ribs were tender, juicy and tasty. the fries were really good too.
I am going to try them again and get the pork or chicken next time and different sides.
