Fish oil, D3 and B12. We had a registered dietitian working for us at the gym, and she said all theses supplements are hoodoo. The only OTC things that seem to work are glucosamine for arthritis and creatine to help build muscle. My doc and studies have said this was hoodoo too, hoo knows . I think much research is required and it's still a crap shoot.

If it works for you and it makes you feel better, then it works. I do think multivitamins are over hyped as I think different bodies need different supplements.

Immediately cease all contact with any medical "professional" that denies the benefits of vitamin and mineral supplementation

About 2 years ago, it was the middle of the summer. I was feeling old and terrible. I never go to the Doc but I set up an appointment. Was feeling dizzy and sluggish. Got so bad I was suspecting Lyme disease. Cute little Asian doctor gave me a full physical and ordered blood work. Week later follow up and she said I must eat like shit. B-12, vitamin C and D and all was well. I do a multivitamin and B-12, just started turmeric for joint health.
