Saturday morning... tomorrow.
Old Logging Tram road at the head of Big Warrior Creek.
They either walk in front of me or swim 300 yards. Shot 5 Bucks thru the years
there so far. 2 Hogs.
It's my favorite spot. Wood ducks swimming behind me and water turkeys diving off trees.
Private club , Big and cheap.

I ran and watched feeder for about twenty years. Amazing at first......like sitting at a Zoo Movie. All the Critters.
I was never compfortable "Taking" deer at or near a feeder and certifiably let many walk....handful of unused doe tags.
Tripod base feeder. Ran for a year and a half....then busted by a growing bear population within a conservation corridor. I cheered the Bears on!
Other feeders Busted. Eventually,I ran a cable between two pine trees, cool ratchet set up, feeder bin hangs between pines at nine feet high.
It was a $100 Feeder motor set up.
I abandoned the entire private lease feeder setup recently.
I have a private acreage property within a WMA however there will not be a feeder on the place.

My friends Dad..now passed had some guys from a little 90 acre piece of property that went over and knocked on his door one morning and told him to get them damm cows off their land because they were messing up his feeder.
Next time they came up from Tampa they had no camp.
He burned them out 3 times.
He was a retired Game Warden old school , Pot smuggling redneck.

I stopped my feeders. Bears trashed them too many times. After 2 years with no feeders the bears STILL come looking.
